Payment and Shipping Policy:
FavoriteShoes.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express and Money Orders.
We ship all orders upon receipt via UPS or USPS. If any delay
is expected, the customer will be notified by e-mail or by
telephone.
There is no cost for shipping within the US; free shipping
do not apply for returned items.
If you need an item right away, contact us for additional
shipping options.
Free Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping is for the Continental United States only. For
shipping costs to other areas, please contact us.
Return Policy:
FavoriteShoes.com will make every effort to ensure customer
satisfaction. In order to expedite credit to your account, please
follow the steps below:
1. Write for authorization before returning the item(s).
Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
2. Items are to be returned with the original sales receipt.
3. Inform the reason for return, stock number and number of
pairs.
4. Returns will be accepted only on unworn shoes with regular
price, within thirty (30) days period of the initial shipping date
to the customer, with no exceptions.
5. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
6. An exterior package/carton must be used for shipping, to avoid
damaging the items being returned (original box and shoe(s)).
7. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply to all
items being returned. The customer will also be charged for the
initial shipment on returned items.

Customer is responsible for the freight involving any
returned items, and this charge is non-refundable, with the
exception of shipping error by FavoriteShoes.com.
Items suspected of having manufacturing defects will be refunded
or replaced at the discretion of FavoriteShoes.com.
